Barbara Landry is a legal secretary with Marceaux Law Firm, where she has been a member of the team since 2009.  In her current position, Barbara is directly involved and in contact with clients.  She schedules depositions, schedules conferences between clients and other parties, prepares files for trial, prepares court briefs, and generally keeps the office in preparation for just about anything.

Barbara was born in 1967 in Roanoke, Louisiana.  She attended Welsh High School in Welsh, Louisiana and graduated in 1986.  After graduation, Barbara attended Sowela Technical School in Jennings, Louisiana and graduated in 1988 with a degree in office administration.

Following graduation, she worked at Wal-Mart for five years learning customer service and organizational skills.  From 1996 through 2004, Barbara worked at the law firm of Bergstedt & Mount honing her organizational skills and helping clients.  From 2004 through June of 2009, Barbara continued to add to her skills while working for Robert Jacques’ law firm.  At Jacques law firm, Barbara learned the ins and outs of Louisiana workers’ compensation cases.  She was directly in contact with clients at all times, prepared trial binders and helped with trial preparations for the attorney.
